Returns and warranty
Every order comes with a 30-day return window and a 12-month warranty. If the unit arrives damaged or does not work, email us with a photo or short video and we will arrange a replacement or refund — return shipping on us in that case.
Approved returns are sent a prepaid label and the return delivery address by email, so you never ship a parcel to an address you were not given by us.
